Are your items Authentic?

  • All handbags and accessories sold on Luxe Purses are guaranteed to be 100% Authentic. We do not buy or sell fake items or reproductions. The items on our website have either been purchased at luxury boutiques, major department stores or designer outlets. Any item that is accepted on consignment has been authenticated by several of our resources. If you have any doubts or questions about an item, please Email Us prior to purchase or contact one of the Authentication websites listed on our Resources page.

What’s different about Luxe Purses?

  • There’s no need to wait for a “One-Day” or “Two-Hour” Sale as our Handbags are discounted 24 hours a day, seven days a week! Luxe Purses also offers an International Concierge Service as well as 30 or 60-day Layaway, Consignment and our new flat fee Listing Service. Please follow the links above to find out more about our unique Shopping services. Also, when using our Listing or Consignment Service you receive the benefit of professional photographers who photograph all our listed items. The better something looks, the easier it is to sell. We also offer up to four different online selling venues for your item making a final sale come about quicker and easier than a “DIY” approach.

Where do you find your “deals”?

  • The discounts we find usually depend on the brand, model, time of year and sometimes, just being in the right place, at the right time. The discounts we’ve found can range from 10% – 75% off retail prices. Since we’ve also developed many key relationships with boutique managers and department store salespeople they keep us informed of upcoming sales and items that will be available in those sales. To get the best deal you often have to be the first person in line! Sometimes though, it isn’t about finding a “sale,” it’s about finding a purse you’ve been lusting after…You want that bag, no matter the cost!

What is your return policy?

  • Returns are not allowed for items that are sold on our website. We fully disclose the condition that the items are in, prior to purchase. We provide detailed measurements, descriptions and photographs on each and every item. Vintage and consignment items are sold “as-is” since they are limited specialty items. We are happy to help you in the purchase of your item and we strongly encourage our customers to become familiar with the brands that they want to purchase, so there is no “buyer’s remorse” after the purchase.You may return any item yourself if it has been purchased through our International Concierge Service because you are provided with a gift receipt from the store it was purchased at. If you have questions about a certain brand or need further detailed descriptions of an item, The Purse Forum is an excellent resource for research on any luxury item.

How can I be sure your product is right for me?

  • We make every effort to photograph the purses and accessories as clearly as possible. We have included multiple professional photographs of each item, to help aid you in your purchasing decision. We have included accurate measurements as well. If we find any imperfections in an item they will be clearly noted, described and photographed, if possible. Please keep in mind that color variations can occur from monitor to monitor and we cannot guarantee color matching. Please contact us before purchase with any specific questions regarding an items color or sizing.

How do I purchase an item?

  • Our website utilizes a secure shopping cart system that accepts major credit cards. We can also bill you through Paypal or Google Checkout. For higher cost items we may also offer a “Cash Discount” price for bank wire transfers. We now offer 30 or 60-day Layaway Service on most of our items. What are your shipping policies?

  • Luxe Purses uses USPS Mail, UPS or Fed Ex services for shipping. All orders are shipped within one business day after receipt of payment. Purchases made via Google Checkout and PayPal will only be shipped to the verified billing address on file.

Do you ship Internationally?

  • We are happy to ship to our International customers via USPS Express Mail which provides signature confirmation upon delivery. All items shipped are marked as “Merchandise” on the Customs Form and are declared for full purchase price. Taxes, customs and/or import duties are the direct responsibility of the customer and are in addition to our shipping charges.
